It’s officially Pumpkin season! That’s right, the craving for everything pumpkin is in the air. One of my favorite things about Fall is pumpkin pie covered in delicious whipped cream. Yea, it’s the best.
If I could eat pumpkin pie everyday I would, but my waistline would hate it! So, I wanted to create something that would give me that pumpkin pie satisfaction without all the guilt! Insert these yummy frozen pumpkin yogurt mini pies. They are the perfect size for a pumpkin treat and they are packed full of flavor!
They’re made with the Limited Edition Dannon® Greek Yogurt…..
All 3 ingredients can be found at Walmart, of course. So, grab some on your next shopping trip and follow this super simple recipe!
To make these yummy pies, all you do is add a generous helping to an opened container of the yogurt and stir. Then, add half the container to a Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust and add a dollop ofReddi-wip® to the top.
To spice things up a bit, I added a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and put a cute little candy pumpkin on the top for a little seasonal flair. Stick it in the freezer, and there you go. A light, personal treat is served!
For those who much prefer Apple pie during Fall, don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! Just use the Light & Fit® Greek Apple Pie Yogurt in place of the Pumpkin Pie yogurt, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and place a caramel square on top. Yum!
I made 6 of these, 3 of each flavor, and the kids and I plan to devour some of them tonight! There’s just something about making food in cups that’s so fun for me and the kids.. and it’s a great way to portion control!
