I recently watched a video about ancient bread-making practices and how beneficial it is to have bread made using natural fermentation. I know fermented foods have been a really big thing once again and it is something that has definitely piqued my and my husband’s interest, so I thought why not!
I liken making sourdough bread to having a science experiment on your kitchen counter. It’s actually great because my kids can participate and learn how to make things from scratch. It’s such a great thing for them to know where things come from and the history of how things were made.
