If you don’t already know,  I have the world’s largest sweet tooth. It’s almost like if I have anything savory, I have to follow it up with something sweet. When your sweet tooth is that big, it can really get you into trouble… just ask my scale. It will tell you how much trouble I am in! To continue with this honesty, I have to admit that the past year has been probably one of the most stressful years to date. Bringing a third child into the equation can really rock your world. Now, don’t get me wrong. I LOVE being a mom of three, but it has come with a lot of challenges. For one, my time seems to just disappear, and when I look back, I ask myself, “What did I even accomplish?” For me, it seriously has felt like I have been running in place for the past year, unable to get any traction until just recently. Hallelujah! My son just turned one, and it’s almost like someone handed me a pair of those really awesome grippy socks, so I could gain some traction in life! I’ve also been trying to give myself more time to myself to unwind and let some of the stress go. And of course, that includes some yummy sweet treats to enjoy with said me time.

Since I am in trouble with my scale, I have been trying to cut back on those things that get me in trouble, and get rid of the treats that give me a lot of guilt. I absolutely love yogurt and I recently found these NEW Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts at Walmart. They were doing a demo there, so I was able to sample them before I bought. So so so good! So, I picked up all the flavors I could in the area where they keep all their refrigerated yogurts. I was able to snag the last few– that demo must have been quite popular! I think this will be just the thing to get rid of those guilt-filled treats!

The Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt gave me inspiration to make these delicious frozen yogurt sandwiches that are super duper easy to make. Seriously, you could tell your kids to whip up a batch and throw them in the freezer. Make it a part of their weekly chores. There’s absolutely nothing to it!

Line the baking sheet with the waxed paper and crack the graham crackers in half. add a generous dollop of yogurt to the bottom piece of graham cracker and lightly press the second graham cracker piece on top. Stick the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, wrap them up individually with plastic wrap and stick them back into the freezer until it’s time to enjoy! These are super tasty, and are the perfect “Me Moment” snack! Plus, they satisfy the sweet tooth…so it’s a win/win!

Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt comes in a variety of flavors. I really love the Vanilla Bean, Raspberry Chocolate Chip and Mint Chocolate Chip. My girls loved them too. I let them have a little “Me Moment” this afternoon as well. Because, everyone deserves a “Me Moment” every once in a while!
