If you’ve known me for any length of time, you know I am 200% obsessed with the 60s and Mid Century Modern design. I love the decor, the style of homes, the colors,   designs, and anything sleek and modern that complements that era. I am also pretty fond of fondue, as well (did you see what I did there? ;)) and throwing parties. I have thrown quite a few of fondue parties in my time, and I love it! It’s such a great way to try a variety and combination of different flavors and foods, and it always brings party guests together in conversation and laughs. And also, food is love, so it’s a great way to honor it in a fun and social way. I wanted to throw another party involving fondue and a baked potato bar, but with a twist AND with a fun bite sized recipe that’s great for kids and adults alike– cheesy meatloaf bites. Such an easy recipe to make! read more

I have let go of the unnecessary things, the stressful things, the clutter– and tightened my embrace on the things that I really love, so I could REALLY focus on those things. read more

Who here likes easy weeknight meals for a big family? This baked breaded chicken spaghetti recipe is perfect for just that. Very little prep, pop it in the oven and voila! Dinner is served.

Baked Breaded Chicken Spaghetti

One of the reason this meal is pretty darn easy is because of this delicious Homestyle Ragu pasta sauce. Just pour it it into the bottom of a 9×13 pan before you place the seared chicken in, and it marinates even more in the oven. So yummy!
