Easy One Pot {Dutch Oven} Lasagna Recipe

I recently got a dutch oven.. something I have been silently wishing for since… well, I can’t even remember. All I know is I have been impatiently waiting for one, and I finally received one. Woohoo! I have been hearing about all the great things you can do with a dutch oven, so I was excited to take this thing for a whirl. The very first recipe I made using my new toy is this Easy One Pot Lasagna. Because we all know how I like things in my life to be made easy, if possible!

The thought of making lasagna has always scared me. I thought it would always take AT LEAST an hour of preparation, AT LEAST an hour to cook, and AT LEAST 5 different pots and pans to get it all made. I honestly have never baked a lasagna at home that didn’t come completely assembled and ready to pop in the oven. read more

Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprint Cookies

‘Tis the season for baking cookies! Since I’ve been on Christmas break with the kiddos, I have been a cookie baking fool! Peanut clusters, buckeyes, and now, peanut butter and jelly thumbprint cookies using Skippy! I think it’s safe to say that I have a slight peanut addiction. Yummy!
